		<description>If your tv doens't have a cable card slot then you have to get a cable box, these have a monthly fee in my area at $8-12/month depending on if you have dvr etc.  However, cable cards are free so with this box you have no additional monthly fees!</description>

		<description>There are also internal DCTs, although they also connect via USB (go figure), and I believe Vista MC supports up to 2 of them.  You're right though, these external DCTs are hideous!</description>
